GoToAssist is about the same pricing when you factor in TeamViewer upgrade costs, I haven't done a POC with it yet, but I'm either upgrading to TeamViewer 11 or moving on to GoToAssist next year. They put out a new major release about every 2 years (although the move from v10 to v11 was a lot quicker) & push hard for you to upgrade if you're not on the current version, I had to jump from v7 to v9 because there were a lot of issues using v7 with Win 8 endpoints. TeamViewer’s starting price is 50.90/month (or 610.80 /year). The offer will comprise three components: The base offer will consist of 60,000,000 existing ordinary bearer shares with no-par value from the holdings of TeamViewer’s Existing Shareholder (Base Shares). Likewise, MSPs, IT teams, and help desk professionals who need a remote support solution can save at least 50 by choosing Splashtop over TeamViewer. Invite your team to collaborate on 3D projects in a shared organization account. Before I got the Ent license I ran into plenty of issues across multiple phones & versions where I'd jump on a machine from my phone for quick support, then decide I needed to use a PC instead, and the service would recognize the phone channel as still active even after a phone reboot, and I'd have to wait (usually less than 5min) before I could connect to the remote machine from my laptop. The price range for the shares has been set at 23.50 to 27.50 per share. In addition to basic embed options, customize the 3D viewers interface. What that means is you can connect to as many remote machines as you want simultaneously, but only from 1 device at a time. The pricing is for unlimited endpoints & licensed per "channel" (not necessarily per-tech).

I'm in a similar spot with a few less users & currently have a TeamViewer v9 Enterprise license, I also used it at an MSP prior to this job.
